An individual was seen by a Stealth security operator igniting a fire in a Los Angeles shopping center parking lot around 1:30 a.m. Our operator activated the on-site warning. Seemingly unphased by the alarm, the suspect continued fueling the fire. The monitoring operator contacted local authorities. Emergency personnel arrived minutes later and extinguished the flames.
