At approximately 4:25 a.m., a ECAM security operator saw an individual crawling under a car parked behind a Dallas wholesale/distribution business. The suspect could be seen removing parts from underneath the vehicle. Our operator contacted police immediately.
Officers arrived as the culprit was getting back into his car. He sped past responding officers in their attempt to detain him. Stealth’s video review team provided Dallas police with footage of the incident to aid in their investigation.
