In March of 2023, ECAM officially acquired Ontario-based Caliber Communications and Syncro Monitoring, expanding Stealth’s capabilities as the North American leader in technology-driven commercial video surveillance.
Stealth is thrilled to add the incredible team at Caliber for a variety of reasons- the acquisition will allow Stealth to expand our capabilities, from adding proprietary technology and deep product knowledge to bringing on the talented team members Caliber brings to the table.
Caliber’s experience working with clients in retail, utilities, and financial services adds additional operational expertise to the array of areas Stealth focuses on- including multifamily residential communities, manufacturing and distribution facilities, construction sites, cannabis facilities, shopping and retail centers, automotive dealerships, and a variety of other businesses with outdoor assets or a need for physical security guards.
According to Erik Mikkelsen, President & CRO of ECAM, what drew Stealth to Caliber was both their expertise and technological strengths, along with their team’s skillsets. “We were particularly impressed with their people, who exhibit a combination of dedication, teamwork, customer focus, and innovative thinking that is hard to find. The combined companies will include more than 2,000 employees across 40+ offices and will provide proactive monitoring of more than 5,000 client sites throughout North America. The companies have multiple patents in artificial intelligence and machine learning, setting them up to continue to successfully build and maintain the world’s most trusted intelligent monitoring solutions.
