Don has specialized for over a decade in remote interactive video surveillance and monitoring solutions tailored to the automotive, recycling, and scrap sectors. Since joining ECAM in 2014, he has worked closely with national accounts to strengthen facility security, improve operational visibility, and drive measurable performance outcomes through scalable monitoring programs.

Prior to ECAM, Don held senior technology and management roles at organizations including Capital One, KPMG, and Cvent, with experience spanning Fortune 50 enterprises, government, and nonprofit environments. His background includes supporting advanced technical projects during his military service and previously holding a Top Secret security clearance.
