An individual carrying a small tricycle and a blanket reached into a trash can at an apartment community and pulled out an article of clothing. He then turned around, removed the screen from the window of the laundry room and climbed in. After walking around the room, he spread the blanket on the floor then lay down.
Our ECAM security operators were watching and contacted police. A group of officers and a police dog arrived. With guns aimed at the window, officers directed the suspect to exit the laundry room where they promptly arrested him.
