Operators immediately sounded the on-site audible alarms to discourage the individual from hanging out, but they were unresponsive. As a result, the Stealth operators took the next step, contacting local law enforcement and providing dispatch with a description of the individual and their location. Officers arrived minutes later and made contact with the now shirtless loiterer, and ultimately placed him under arrest.
