We do offer solutions specifically designed for license plate capture. Standard monitoring cameras focus on broader activity, but we can install specialized License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras that are positioned and configured to capture clear plate details—day or night—when that level of detail is needed.
Who is watching the site?
ECAM’s trained security operators monitor your site from one of our multiple monitoring centers. Having multiple centers is a major advantage that ensures system redundancy and reliability. In the rare event of a catastrophic failure or emergency at one location, monitoring can seamlessly shift to another monitoring center, so your site is always protected without interruption.
What happens when you see something suspicious on a site?
When an operator detects suspicious activity, an escalation specialist is notified. That specialist conducts a thorough investigation, which may include reviewing additional camera angles and gathering more context to assess the situation. Based on their findings, the appropriate action is taken—whether it’s issuing a live audio warning, notifying onsite guards and site contacts, or dispatching law enforcement.
What if I need video footage to be reviewed?
Our dedicated video review team handles that for you. We know your time is valuable, so instead of spending hours searching through footage, you can simply submit a request and let our experts locate and review the video for you.
