At 12:54 A.M., our apartment security camera system operators saw a young man with a second young man over his shoulder. The second man looked unresponsive. We called the on-site security guard.
The guard arrived on the scene and spoke with the first man and an ambulance arrived. The unresponsive man was placed on the stretcher and taken off the property. Later that morning, local police arrived. One officer examined the playground.
