Two men went through mailboxes at a Houston, Texas apartment complex. Our apartment security operators called local police on the crime in progress. One of the suspects leaves and returns with tools. The suspects continued to go through mailboxes and appear to be shocked be something. Houston Police arrived at the apartment complex. The suspects attempted to flee but were placed under arrest by responding officers.
