Our live video monitoring operators saw a car at a Wichita, Kansas apartment complex with smoke pouring out from under the hood and called the fire department. The smoke quickly turned into flames. In the meantime, two residents ran towards the car carrying fire extinguishers in an attempt to douse the fire, however they were unsuccessful. The car was still on fire when the fire department arrived. The firefighters rolled out the hose and extinguished the blaze.
