In this month’s Catch of the Month video, our security operators spotted a group of individuals stealing from the maintenance shed at an Arlington, Texas apartment complex.
The suspects were seen running back and forth, taking tools and equipment out of the shed and putting them in their cars. Our operators contacted the Arlington police who arrived on the property and addressed the suspects.
Lawn and pool equipment are often stored away for safe keeping at multi-family residential communities. Valuable items like these can be easily stolen if they aren’t properly secured.
